5. CREDIT CARD PURCHASE SECURITY STATEMENT

Confidentiality of your information is protected and secured by using latest TLS encryption. Pages for web payment are secured by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a data coding procedure for prevention of unauthorized access during data transfer.
This enables a secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized data access during communication between user and Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and vice versa. Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and financial institutions exchange data by using their virtual private network (VPN) which is also protected from unauthorized access. Monri Payments is PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider.
Credit card numbers are not stored by Merchant and are not available to unauthorized personnel.

5.1. PERSONAL DATA GATHERING AND PROTECTION STATEMENT

We are committed to provide service of protection of our customer's personal data in a way that we collect only essential basic information about our buyers that are necessary for fulfilling our obligations. We also inform our customers about the way we collect information and regularly give customers an option about how their information will be used, including the possibility to decide whether their name should be included or omitted from the lists used for marketing campaigns.
All user information is strictly guarded and are available only to the employees who need that information for completing the job.
All our employees and business partners are responsible to follow the principles of confidentiality protection.

5.2. TERMS OF PURCHASE

These terms define the process of ordering, payment, delivery, and product complaints for items offered on this website. The bevanda.hr website can be used for your personal use free of charge, in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
The seller is Bevanda bar d.o.o., and the buyer is any visitor to the site who completes and submits an electronic order to the seller and makes a payment via credit card or cash on delivery.

5.2.1. Ordering

The buyer places an order through an electronic order form.
A buyer is considered any person who electronically orders at least one product, provides the required information, and submits the order.
All prices are listed in the national currency of Croatia, Euro (EUR), including VAT.
Products are ordered electronically by clicking on the desired item and adding it to the shopping cart.
The order is considered confirmed once the buyer selects and confirms the payment method.

5.2.2. Payment

Ordered products or services are paid online using one of the following credit cards: Mastercard, Maestro, or Visa.
Products are packed in a way that prevents damage during normal handling. Upon delivery, the buyer is required to inspect the shipment and report any damage immediately to the delivery service (employee of the delivery company). The seller disclaims any responsibility for damage that may occur during delivery.
If the buyer does not receive the goods or a delivery notification within the expected time, they have the right to notify the seller so that an investigation can be initiated or a replacement shipment sent.
If the buyer refuses to accept the ordered goods, the seller has the right to request reimbursement of all associated delivery costs from the buyer.
The seller undertakes to ship the goods once online transaction approval is received. After receiving confirmation, the seller is obliged to send the shipment within 5 (five) working days.
Once the delivery company collects the shipment, the seller is no longer responsible for the delivery process, including delays or issues that may arise during further handling and delivery.
If the buyer selects a digital download instead of physical delivery, the seller will send an email containing download links and instructions. The buyer can access the download immediately upon receipt of this email.

5.2.3. Complaints

The seller undertakes to deliver a technically sound product that matches the product description listed on www.bevanda.hr. The product image shown on the website may differ from the actual appearance, and this cannot be the basis for a complaint.
In the case of technical malfunction of an audio recording stored on a sound carrier, the seller assumes full responsibility. The buyer must report such an issue within 4 (four) working days. The buyer must then return the defective product by mail with proof of delivery, after which the seller will send a replacement product within 3 (three) working days, free of charge.
In this case, the buyer is not entitled to a refund, only a replacement.
The seller is not responsible for any damage or other liabilities falling under the responsibility of the delivery company.
If the buyer chooses the download option and encounters technical difficulties caused by the seller’s server, the seller will send a new email with fresh download links at no additional cost.
If the buyer still cannot download the product due to server issues on the seller’s side, they must contact customer service, who will provide an appropriate, cost-free solution. The buyer is not entitled to a refund in this case.
If the inability to download the product is caused by the buyer, their operator, or a third party (not the seller), the seller assumes no responsibility and is not obliged to offer a replacement or delivery free of charge.
The buyer has 5 (five) working days to download the product. After this period, the product will no longer be available for download, regardless of payment, and the buyer waives any complaint in this regard.

5.2.4. Copyright protection

All publishing and content rights related to recorded and printed works are reserved. The publisher is Bevanda bar d.o.o.
The buyer agrees not to reproduce, perform, broadcast, or resell the seller’s products or any part thereof without prior authorization.

5.2.5. General

Bevanda bar d.o.o. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Any changes will apply to the use of the bevanda.hr website.
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided during purchase.
The services offered by the bevanda.hr online store do not include costs associated with your computer equipment or internet access. Bevanda bar d.o.o. is not responsible for telephone, internet, or other related expenses.
While Bevanda bar d.o.o. strives to provide the best possible service, it does not guarantee that the services on bevanda.hr will meet all your needs or that they will be error-free.
